Dear users, welcome to Spitic, Hong Kong’s very own pet maintenance company. Accessing and using our services signifies your acceptance to abide by the following terms and conditions. It defines your rights and responsibilities upon using our services.

1. Scope of Service

Sptic provides professional pet support such as grooming, nutrition consultation, and wellness. All Information and availability are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify or end service at any time with or without notice.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide proper information about your pet’s wellness and behavior to ensure your pet’s safety.

  • Follow any advice provided by our staff to maintain the high quality of our service.

  • All animals under our maintenance must not exhibit aggressive behavior or have conditions that could endanger our staff.

3. Availability of Service

We strive to offer consistent and timely service. However, some things are beyond our control, such as natural calamities or local restrictions. Appointments may thus be rescheduled or canceled for reasons of unforeseen consequences.

4. Compliance with the Protection Act

Spitic operates on very high standards of protecting data, and on this basis, all client and pet information is held to be compliant with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. We maintain confidentiality and ensure that data collection is processed according to local regulations.

5. Data Use and Privacy

We respect the trust that clients provide to us and shall protect personal data. Information gathered will only be used for improving the quality of our services, suggesting relevant services, or maintaining client communication.

Data Sharing Policy

Sptic maintains that it does not and will not sell, share, or hand out client data with any other third parties without explicit authorization or another legal compulsion. We have adequate measures in place so that no unauthorized access occurs or the confidentiality of clients is breached.

6. Liability Limitation

Spitic is in no way responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our service. Examples include but are not limited to pet illness or injury that occurs on or after the service due to unforeseen factors.

7. Veterinary and Emergency Service

If a pet requires emergency service, we will immediately contact the owner. In urgent situations, Spitic reserves the right to seek veterinary maintenance at the owner’s expense to ensure the pet’s well-being.

8. Changes to Terms

Spitic is allowed to modify the terms from time-to-time. Continued use of our service following any change shall be construed as acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

All terms are applied by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
